Sea of Cortez:

An Ocean Journey of the  Heart

April 10th-18th 2027

There are places that change how you see the world.  The Sea of Cortez is one of them.

In April of 2027, we invite you to journey with us to La Ventana, Mexico, where the desert meets the sea in one of the most biologically rich marine ecosystems on Earth.  Jacques Cousteau famously called the Sea of Cortez "The Aquarium of the World,"  a place where encounters with wild dolphins, whales, sea lions, and countless other marine beings are woven into the rhythm of each day.

Yet this is more than a wildlife expedition.

It is an invitation to step beyond the familiar and into a living ocean that is vast, untamed, and astonishingly alive. Here adventure and reverence meet.  Every day invites us to stay open-to the sea, to the unexpected, and perhaps to parts of ourselves that have been asking us to awaken.

On any given day we may encounter blue whales, humpback whales, sperm whales, playful pods of dolphins, mobula rays erupting from the sea, or perhaps the elusive orca. No two days are ever the same, and no encounter can be predicted.

We do not demand experiences.

Rather we enter the sea as respectful guests, trusting that whatever unfolds is offered as an expression of wild grace.

Each morning before entering the water we will gather as our own small human pod - settling our nervous systems, opening our hearts and arriving together in a state of quiet presence.

Our host organization holds all of the necessary permits that allow us to swim in the seas of Mexico with many of these sentient beings.

Come join us for an Ocean Journey of the Heart-where adventure wonder and reverence meet!
