Tea is an ancient practice of awakening. This simple practice of making tea with mindfulness is the antidote to our modern lives filled with its many distractions, to-do's, and overflow of information.

Tea is medicine for the heart, mind and spirit. Working with this sacred tree in a ceremonial container, moves you beyond the mundane.  Allowing access to your Highest Self, you gain new perspective, and can receive new directives from Spirit. 

 

A Tea Ceremony session begins in silence, which continues until we have drunk three exquisite bowls of tea together. The practice of silence combined with the awakening quality of tea offers us the opportunity to enter into the Eternal Now again and again.
