Body Wisdom
Body Wisdom is an invitation to listen to the body as a living, intelligent process rather than something to be fixed or managed. In this work, the body is met with presence, patience, and respect—allowing tension to unwind, the nervous system to settle, and deeper insight to arise in its own time.
Sessions are hands-on, clothed, and guided by careful somatic listening. Drawing from craniosacral therapy, Thai-based bodywork, Polarity Therapy, and breathwork each session responds to what is present in the moment. Some people come seeking physical ease or nervous system support; others find that the body opens a doorway into deeper clarity, emotional release, or reorientation. There is no expectation of where the work should go—only an attunement to what the body is ready to offer.

BodyMind Integration is a presence-based, integrative approach to healing that supports nervous system regulation, bridges mind and body, and restores a felt sense of inner coherence.

These sessions are designed for those experiencing stress, overwhelm, chronic tension and pain, emotional holding, or are looping in unhealthy patterns. Rather than working toward a specific outcome, the focus is on creating the conditions for safety, awareness, and integration to naturally arise.

Each session unfolds slowly and intuitively. We begin by settling into presence — often through quiet conversation, breath, or grounding practices — allowing space for what is most alive or heavy to be named. From there, the work may include clothed, table-based bodywork and subtle nervous system support.

BodyMind Integration recognizes that present pain or tension is often connected to earlier experiences held beneath conscious awareness. Through gentle touch, somatic awareness, and sustained presence, these layers are invited into awareness without force, allowing the body to reorganize and release at its own pace.
​
Sessions may draw from a range of modalities, including somatic awareness, Craniosacral therapy, Polarity therapy, breathwork, guided meditation, fascial release techniques and intuitive guidance. Tea may be offered at times as a way of supporting arrival and regulation. The exact shape of each session is responsive to what is most supportive in the moment.

This work is not about fixing or forcing change. It is about listening deeply, restoring balance, and allowing the body and mind to remember their natural capacity for regulation, clarity, and peace.

Bodywork Sessions
Bodywork Sessions offer clothed, hands-on support for those seeking physical ease, relief from tension, pain, and discomfort or seeking nervous system regulation. These sessions are grounded, attentive, and responsive, meeting the body where it is without expectation of deeper process.
The work draws on Lumi's 20+ years of bodywork experience, utilizing her practice of Thai bodywork and stretching, trigger- point work, craniosacral therapy and breathwork. Touch is steady and respectful, guided by the body’s responses rather than a fixed routine.
Some people come for ongoing physical support; others arrive during periods of stress, fatigue, or recovery. Sessions remain body-centered and practical, while allowing space for the body to settle and reorganize in its own way.
